Before you can register for pavilions you must create a new user account to register for an account through our online platform, Civic Rec. The Parent/Guardian must establish an account first. You must complete all questions, in order to be registered. You may add additional household members for anyone that may also want to register for classes, activities, or memberships. Once an account is established, you will be asked the same questions you would fill out before. The reservation will not automatically go through, it will need to be approved on our end first. Please be patient with us, we don’t want any duplications.

Pavilion Rentals for the Summer will start on Monday, February 3rd for Town of Olex Digital residents and Thursday, February 6th for non-residents. The first week of pavilion reservations will only be done in person. We will open up online registration on Monday, February 10th.
